Structural testing focuses on the stability of buildings. The aim: quality assurance in order to detect planning and construction errors in good time, protect life and limb and create buildings that retain their value. Three of MVD's managing partners are licensed as inspection/review engineers for structural engineering and carry out this task on their own responsibility.

Structural engineers are highly qualified, experienced civil engineers who - after a demanding approval process recognized by the highest German building authority - act as publicly appointed contractors.
On behalf of the building authorities, they review/inspect the structural calculations and execution plans as a prerequisite for the "red dot" and monitor the execution on the construction site. For stability in the public interest. And for quality control for the client.
Our aim is to identify and exclude potential errors and thus guarantee great results.

We know both sides - planning and inspection. As inspection engineers, we therefore see ourselves in a proactive role and as a partner on equal footing for those involved.
For us at MVD, comprehensive technical knowledge and knowledge of construction regulations form the basis for actively implementing current developments and challenges.
