At MVD, we see ourselves as an organization that embraces continuous learning and adapts to ever changing market conditions. To this end, we use the valuable findings from research and development and, above all, pass on our experience and knowledge. Knowledge is one of the few things that multiplies when it is shared. The exchange betweenexperts, the combination of skills and the sharing of knowledge are the fuel for successful change. The MVD Academy lays the foundation for collaborative work in order to solve the demanding and complex challenges in our projects in the best possible way. Professional development is offered in various subject areas such as timber construction, grey emissions and digital planning.
Current application-oriented knowledge is shared in exciting workshops, and new findings and best practice examples are exchanged. Problems are examined together, solutions are developed and optimized. In addition to participation in internal training courses, many external training measures are of course also offered. We also actively encourage participation in specialist forums and conferences.

Through many long-standing partnerships with architects, specialist planners, clients and contractors, we have learned how important it is to discuss ideas on specialist topics from different perspectives. We want to go one step further and open our academy for architects, planners and clients/owners on important topics such as digital planning, sustainability and resource conservation or new building materials and recycling. We are also happy to hold keynote speeches and themed workshops for our clients.
